The governance and guidelines for acquiring artifacts from Regalia Woods.

1. The Agreement

Welcome to Regalia Woods. By accessing this website and purchasing our heritage artifacts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Concierge services.

⚠ The Nature of Wood

Please note: Wood is a living material. Grain patterns, knots, and slight color variations are not defects; they are the fingerprints of nature. Your "Imperial Wall Decor" or "Naqshi Table" is unique and may differ slightly from the photographic representation.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

3. Payment & Pricing

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for nationwide orders within Pakistan. For international clients, secure online payment methods are provided.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your Royal Accents and Heritage Furniture within the estimated timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Regalia Woods shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Damage on Arrival: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If an artifact arrives damaged, you must notify our Concierge within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Custom commissions and personalized items are exempt from returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including the "Imperial Decor" designs, logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Regalia Woods. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regalia Woods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
